Vivien Kershaw (1920 - 2007), Historic Canadian Artist, served in the British Army and the Canadian Air Forces during WW2 and studied under such masters as Arthur Lismer, who compared her work to the late Emily Carr's. Vivien had a voracious love of animals and nature and her wonderful sense of humor is captured in many of her paintings. Painting for over 80 years, Vivien Kershaw captured the soul of many 'themes of our times', in a way that only she could do.
